Air fryer oven principle
HYSapientia Air Fryer Oven is combined with both normal oven and air fryer function. It has upper and lower heating tubes + high-speed fan structure, when the fan and heating tube operating together, it is equivalent to having functions such as air frying, grilling, baking, dehydration, thawing, etc. The temperature control range is 60-230 ℃, and the time setting range is 5-60 minutes, 360 minutes under the dehydration function.
HYSapientia Air Fryer Oven is a device that can adjust temperature, time, and fan speed (adjustable in some modes). All preset functions take several foods that are often cooked as the reference, more cooking option is based on the similarity of the food on the screen panel, select similar function, and then adjust the time or temperature according to the specific food.

1.This Air Fryer oven doesn’t have the function of microwave, If you are going to heat food, better to set up the temperature around 100 degree.

Before you use it for the first time, clean all accessories with hot water, detergent and a non-abrasive sponge and wipe the inside and outside of the air fryer with a damp cloth.Select the appropriate accessories for different cooking purposes. Please remove the baking tray, oven rack or air fryer basket after all accessories are not hot.Always place the crumb tray at the bottom of the cooking chamber to collect the oil from fried food and for easy cleaning.For your safety, do not touch hot surfaces with your hands, especially glass doors.
